Uploaded Data

You may upload billing records and purchase order files for reconciliation processing. These files contain pharmacy-level financial data such as product codes, quantities, dates, and amounts. We do not require or request patient-identifiable health information.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers. We receive only transaction status and subscription details necessary to manage your account.

Usage Data

We automatically collect technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and performance metrics to maintain and improve the Service.

We use cookies for authentication sessions and may use local storage to preserve your in-app preferences. These are functional in nature and necessary for the Service to operate.
